“Elaine B. Alston is a seasoned litigator with nearly 35 years of experience. Ms. Alston practices in the areas of Construction Law, Business Law, Mobile home Residency Law, Shareholder Rights, Landlord Tenant Law, Probate Litigation, Professional Liability and Real Estate Law. She has handled hundreds of bench trials as well as several jury trials.
Ms. Alston graduated with honors from Saddleback College with a A.A. degree, received her B.A. degree in Social Ecology with honors from the University of California, Irvine. She obtained her law degree with honors at Western State University College of Law in Fullerton. She is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and has served on and chaired several committees therein. She has been a Board member of the Manufactured Housing Educational Trust as well as several commercial enterprises.”
