Robin Root, Office Manager/Legal Assistant

Robin Root joined Ghassemian Law Group in 2012 initially as a Legal Secretary, however, her business and managerial acumen broadened this role and she assumed general management of the entire office. Having worked as a Senior Legal Secretary for over two decades has equipped Robin with the legal and administrative understanding necessary to oversee and orchestrate the firm’s daily administrative operations. Within this role, Robin is responsible for managing the staff; implementing office policies and procedures; decision making about the necessary equipment and supplies; as well as scheduling.

In her role as the firm’s Legal Secretary, Robin is responsible for maintaining attorney and court calendaring, scheduling all court and client related meetings, preparing court filings and correspondence and acting as the client-attorney liaison.

Robin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, with a major emphasis in the study of law from the University of California, Irvine.

Andraya Quesada, File Clerk

Andraya Quesada graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Irvine. Currently, Andraya is gearing her transition into a graduate school program, in hopes of pursuing a career in journalism.

As the law firm’s file clerk, Andraya provides clerical support, ensuring that litigation files are properly and systematically organized, as well as transparently kept. In addition, she performs paralegal duties such as assembling trial and mediation documents, organizing construction and business client files, all geared toward easy access during court, mediation and deposition appearances.

Paris Ghassemian, Marketing and PR Liaison

Paris Ghassemian received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in English and Philosophy, where she also broadened her studies within the communications discipline.

Paris serves as Ghassemian Law Group’s Marketing and PR assistant. A marketing liaison between our clients and the firm, her responsibilities entail creating and actualizing the firm’s marketing and public relations strategies through web-development, research, social media, blogging and networking.

Pooya Ghassemian, Administrative Assistant

Pooya is currently finishing his senior year at the University of California, Irvine where he is majoring in Cognitive Psychology. After graduation, he hopes to continue his education within the field of psychology to earn a Masters’ Degree and, ultimately, PHD.

Pooya serves as the firm’s administrative assistant. His job revolves around assisting with day-to-day administrative operations such as: maintaining supply inventory; documenting expenditures; and the handling of bills as well as client invoices.
